    I'd be curious to know, though... according to media, his passenger will be affected by the wreck for the rest of his life. I wonder if Nick would be brought back into court if after serving his jailtime (which I doubt he will do the whole 8 months) the guy in the passenger seat dies as a result of an accident related complication. I definitely agree that he is getting off WAY easy. If it had been a regular joe off the street (especially an 18-25 year old joe), the judge would have "made an example" and handed down the harshest sentence possible.

    Fuck stance. Stance is for kids in skinny jeans with Justin Beiber haircuts. You don't need stance when you got swagger.
