First off, I have no beef with you and I can also say that I have not been "mean or rude".
Secondly, I am merely pointing out that this thread, no matter how much you deny it, was made to instigate a confrontation with the other party involved...

You have been active on this website for a period of time that would lend to you being fully aware of where it should have been posted so I see through your whole " I posted this in the wrong section" routine.

Perhaps your actions are not unethical but it does however seem a bit unprofessional for you to make an announcement and at the same time make jabs about who really runs things and cutting out the middle person, etc, etc.

So you're going to tell me that wasn't intentional and that it was necessary to add all the extra jabs to convey that he was no longer employed with your company?
