    Just out of curiosity, since it already came up, why not disclose what happened? I agree and respect the "high road" approach, I would do the same. Just, in this instance, isn't it only a matter of time before it is brought to the attention of the boards, and facts become cloudy due to time lapse?

    In a way, I agree. if this anecdote is on the up and up, and there were some sort of problems with the business dealings, the consumers should be aware of it. It's known as the trust factor. Later, QD.
