I got a text tonight saying a good friend of mine commited suicide today. I know it's not the most respectable way to go out, but it just sucks to know he kept saying things were good and here he was thinking about ending his life. Just makes me (and I'm sure everyone close to him) feel they weren't trying enough. I'm trying to stay level headed about this but at the same time I can't stop thinking of good memeories and thinking I won't ever see him again. Not really looking for pity, but it's 2am and nobody else is awake to talk to.
