You want to get the morning after pill within 3 days of the incident. NO, you don't have to wait or anything like that. You just have to go in, ask, hey do you have any plan b pills, and yes that is what they are actually called. Or go to your local planned parenthood and they will sell it to you there as well. Also, a female is least fertile 3 days after her period, and 3 days before her period. 3 days after her period, there is still not another egg in the tubes, 3 days before, the egg is completely dead.
