Just call up Scotty (Digital Box Tuning) He can do everything you need to do to the ECU and you don't even have to take the car to him

Del Sol VTEC shift linkage is available through Honda for $187. Anywhere else will be more unless you find one used.
Use Integra LS axles, intermediate shaft, and all mounts. Should be able to reuse your transmission mount.
If you have A/C and plan to keep it, use a B20B CRV bracket. Should have a P54 stamp on it.

cool, this will be eventually be a more bare essentials type of build so i wont be using powersteering or a/c but nice to know where i can get fairly cheap linkage. thanks for the ecu input as well.

    so the complete list -

you will need an obd1 or obd2 vtec harness from an integra, civic, or del sol (doesnt matter for the obd1 or 2 if your car is obd1)(try and match the distributor to ease cost and confusion)
you will need to wire for vtec through your firewall harness
you will use the mounts from the GSR integra or Del Sol B16 (as the b16 in the civic are EK mounts)
you will need del Sol Shifter Linkage from a B series motor
You will need an ECU that can properly run the motor. auto ECUs can be swapped to manual with ease.

    Don't need GSR mounts specifically.
