Get the whole car. You will probably want a lot of the factory parts - like coils, sensors, etc. It makes life much easier. If you get a swp with out it, often the harness is cut. If you don't have the factory harness, or ecu, you will have to spend on a Haltech. I'm just trying to suggest you get it in an running first. It's much easier if you just start with a full setup.
Wiring the motor is a breeze.
All of the 87-95's are 5 lug.
You won't need a lot of mods to the motor. Stock setup with minor mods will get you around 200rwhp. If you do it right, you can make around a 400rwhp daily driver. You will have traction issues though. Of course, you can go even higher, but you won't be able to utilize it unless we install traction control. I can get that also if you need it.
