How good are you with fabrication? You will need to do a lot of it to mount the motor, lines, etc. It's not a direct bolt-in. If you have the right tools and knowledge, it's not too bad.
I would suggest you start with a running TII setup that you buy ready to go. Preferably a running car. It will be much cheaper because you will already have the tranny, driveshaft, ecu, harness, etc.
