Sleek-CRX-Si, what size wheels and tires are you running? If you take your car out on the track as you say you do, they had better be pretty small in order to keep clear of the fenders during these 117mph turns you're performing on a regular basis.
It's a procedure we call rolling your fenders. Not sure if you ever heard of it but I'm pretty sure if you ask around someone may take the time to explain this simple term.
