My car, a 96 Nissan Maxima, has 167,000 and I seafoamed it at like 165,000 and my throttle response seemed to improve, and it was more peppy. Nothing bad has happened to my engine at all. Its running strong. The only leak I have is a small valve cover gasket leak and that was there before the seafoaming. No ill effects at all. I would do it.
