with those kinda miles it should be ok but something around 170k+ it may harm it more than help IMO

I wouldn't seafoam it. And if it don't leak don't replace it. Seafoaming one the correct way can actually cause more blowby by removing buildup that was previously stopping some. If you are talking about the DSM you are buying you definitely do not want more blowby. Dipsticks are hard enough to keep in place already. LOL
