Lol.... did you route your coolant hose to the top of your valve cover?? jk. Sounds like a headgasket issue. Most of the time if the oil is mixing with the water it blew towards the oil passage side not the combustion side, so yea you may not be smoking. Is it skipping??

well i traded my running golf for this car, and was told that all i needed to do was just simply finish up the wiring, and it did run with no problems..

when i got it all wired up and put together, and started it up and let it run for a couple of mins seemed to be fine then all of a sudden i check the oil and its all milky and shit..

i mean i gave him a good running car. and got told that the motors is fine.. but its NOT..

How long did it sit? the block/head may have corroded under the headgasket. AKA new engine. We get several heads a month from a local machine shop that we have to TIG weld up so they can resurface them.

Your jumping to conclusions, just pull the head off and see what it is. Don't make assumptions till you know what the exact problem is. Like what others said, I do believe its the head gasket.
