    I wasn't talking about boosting the b-series. I wasn't talking about a 9 sec car. You clearly can't grasp the concept that for the SAME amount of money, the b-series would be better. My previous hatch cost only $2800 with a b-series swap. It ran the crap out of a boosted d series which cost far more money to put together. Hell. I could have bought a $500 EF and swaped in a H22a with cams for less money than a boosted D and still been faster and had a very fun daily driver. But no matter what, what I've learned is d-series people eventually learn that their motors are dead end pits, with a horrible money to hp ratio. Its all about value. And d series motor just don't offer a good return on the investment.
