I wanna hit 150-160mph atleast

I plan on buying a Hatch or a Crx and throwing a B16 in it and boosting it.

I only have $5500 and i want my ride quality to be nice too(suspension and tires) because this will be my daily driver too

I need suggestions on what to do. I'm new to this.

What im aiming for is acceleration from 0 to 60 and 60 to 120..just all around fast acceleration.

would a b18 swap be better?

i just need help please...

Buy a bike. CRX & hatches can be great handling and fast cars but I'll never want to be going 150-160mph in either one!

Size, lack of aerodynamics, weight are just a few reasons. Im assuming you've never been anywhere near that fast in a car! I've had my EF hatch to 125-130mph and it was much faster than I felt comfortable doing in the car, felt very floaty at those speeds. You'd have to be insane to drive 150-160 mph.

There is absolutely no reason for you to go 150mph on the street, and I doubt that you would be able to control the car adequately at that speed.

i've been to about 115-120 in my sol and i wanted to cry... older hondas arent meant to go extreme rates of speed... they become extremely unstable and they're loud as ballz and i cant think of a tranny that would allow it

i dont doubt i do. im a newb if we had a track in columbus i'd do it. but otherwise i stick to late night highway to atl. and i learned i can only go 120 tyvm

The fastest i went was 120-130 in my rsx-s. And even with the rsx-s not being a really light car, i still felt like my car was going to take off and start flying. And i dont want to mention my 99 teggy. With the teggy, when i went aroun 100, i would be scared to go any faster. You could just hit the wind hitting my car and making lod noises like if hurricane was comming.

Here is an idea of what u should do. Built a time machine, go back in the past where u was about to make this topic, and stop your self.
