Get a nice car to begin with, I've hit 150 in my VW before (well, 148) and it felt stable, I was scared, the car wasn't. So save your pennies and get a modified VR6/1.8T, or an M3, or an evo.... you get the point. If you just want a fun daily driver, get an EG with a b18 swap (GSR preferred) as it is much safer then it's predecessor and yet still fun to drive.
$5500 will never let you go fast safely, especially in a CRX.

I plan on buying a Hatch or a Crx and throwing a B16 in it and boosting it.

I only have $5500 and i want my ride quality to be nice too(suspension and tires) because this will be my daily driver too

I need suggestions on what to do. I'm new to this.

What im aiming for is acceleration from 0 to 60 and 60 to 120..just all around fast acceleration.
