Size, lack of aerodynamics, weight are just a few reasons. Im assuming you've never been anywhere near that fast in a car! I've had my EF hatch to 125-130mph and it was much faster than I felt comfortable doing in the car, felt very floaty at those speeds. You'd have to be insane to drive 150-160 mph.
i've only been 130 in a 03 accord, didn't feel fast at all, but then again, they're big and heavy o_O and smoooooth<3
