But if your looking for somthing for the track, dont by a vw or a honda, or any 4 banger. You can get yourself a 5.0 stang or any camaro or trans am with lt1'sin good condition from 8-10 grand. The trans am and camaros w/ the ls1's are around 15grand. Drop a few grand in it and you got yourself a 12 sec car. To get any vw in the 12's your gonna spend alot more money on it. When you do get your vw in the 12s it wont be as reliable as those 12 sec domestics.
