I'm sure it can...just add about a month to your time to figure it all out, splice/re-pinning, re-routing, extending, connecting...and then a good week or two because once it's finally done and he runs into a problem or Engine code he'll need to go back through his whole setup to figure out which one has a bad connection and why it's bad, and re-do it.
