I'm not really sure why I clicked on this thread. Morbid curiosity, I suppose.
I'm not really sure, like JFRO, where to start. Whoever did the engine swap has done you a great disservice. Getting all the wiring sorted out makes the swap exponentially more difficult than it needed to be. It just so much easier to adapt the car's harness to the engine that I don't even know why someone would choose to adapt the engine's harness to the car.
My recommendation...pull the DA engine harness out and sell it, throw it away...whatever, then get an EF engine harness and modify that to work for the engine.
