I expect that he upgraded to a Cobra rear w/ the LSX just as a lot of the other FD guys do.
I like it because it has the appeal of the LSXFD swap (a light, unexpected chassis) but the driving experience of a convertible.

people, the lsx blocks are aluminum and the motor mounts are set far back on the chassis anyway... this will hardly affect the weight distribution, if any at all. the only thing heavier is the transmission, and that's damn near in the middle of the car so i dont see that being a problem as far as the dynamics of the car.
