    thats true and 6 vs 4 isn't always that far apart . The displacement of the Subi 4 (ej25) is almost identical to the Nissan. the only reason that the rb is better to me is that it has a wider power band .

    Ok, but the rb26 was a race engine homoligated for competition with the gtr roadcars.

    the ej motor was a standard production car motor modified for racing.

    Basically the best way to describe what im saying, compare a honda b16b with a d15

    1. higher compression
    2. higher displacement
    3. more volumetrically efficient
    4. one was designed with high performance the other had to be thought to perform high.
