I passed one of these on the way to class today. It was in a caravan of late 80s Porsches. I have no clue if it was authentic or not. Had the Carrera decal/paint. I'm curious as to where they were going...

You got it wrong. Most Porsche can fit more than 2 people, the engine is not mounted in the middle, and Chicks do not see a Luxury MR2 sexy, they do to a Porsche though.

You're answer would be false for me. I don't want the name brand visible, they aren't paying me to wear it so why should i advertise for them? BUT i do appreciate the quality AND feel of better clothing. You spend your days/nights in 10° weather wearing a clothes from wal-mart and tell me how it works out for you. Certain brands you're paying for the research and development of that product, not just the name or look.

My grandparents can afford whatever car they basically want and they drive 1990 and 1997 Pontiac TranSports. Everything on myself now, from head to foot, is straight from the racks of Wal-Mart. This is exactly why i've been wanting to get my online magazine, Vintage Tuning, going...people today neither understand nor respect the roots of their car.
