Mine made 201 on Low cam, at 7000. The TQ numbers are weak, figure that out first.
The dip can be from anything, from bad tuning , the retarded header construction, cams not degreed in correctly, incorrect VTEC setting, i cant give you a definite answer without seeing the tuning map, JACKASS.

it looked like it flattened out pretty bad at the end, but for a 240+whp motor, it should make power that far. Peak power is a function of VE and stroke, but i dont know if you know that or not. Should i explain it to you?
Mine made power to 9400, and i had a stock cleaned up ITR head.
Man the more details i find out the more impressed i am with Dons motor he built me. It was an easy build with a $140 intake manifold and a barely ported head

First I'd switch to a standard primary header and do a pull see if it ravens out. If it doesn't adjust vtec...then can gears
Dips usually caused by can center lines, vtec engagement, a/f ratio, header primary size, etc.
