Mine made 201 on Low cam, at 7000. The TQ numbers are weak, figure that out first.

The dip can be from anything, from bad tuning , the retarded header construction, cams not degreed in correctly, incorrect VTEC setting, i cant give you a definite answer without seeing the tuning map, JACKASS.
