Import showdown should be a good turn out once again, I should be there with the slowness, driving all the way from north Carolina, competing, and driving back in the same exact car, Stock ftw

If he had his antenna he would get better traction do to wieght thats why joey is slow he doesnt weigh enough doesnt anybody know anything lol. Seriously though sounds like this guy has pretty nice car just going a litttle far with the weight reduction lol. Im glad we get to run slicks this year although i broke a axle on radials last year lol. So i got one gator axle and one axle from nemo i think he said its orielys hope they hold up .

Naw bro you know that weight is everything in the honda world. Most of my buddies have to turbo ef and turbo egs. Integras are heavy cars. 100 hundred pounds is = .10 tent of a second. If i had a crx 10s 1/4 mile times would be easier reach. i got some lenso 24.5/8/13 ET MT gold with only 4 pass on them if you need some slicks. My sister drives it everyday with a stock f20b in it . After i put my built motor in my dads hatch and the stock f20b motor in the accord i let my sister get it. Im building another car . I started to redue the accord but honestly i couldnt think of a way to make it look better then it does and i didnt want to put it back the same way so i left it alone and let her get it. Me and my dad had been taking my old si hatch to the track after i put a f20b swap in it because he wanted a nice dd. We kinda got back into the track thing so i gave him the built motor out of the accord and he took it to a whole new leavel that thing is a beast. I agree about your weight i just like a complete car and i like to feel like i own something nice not striped to pieces just me but i guess i own true street cars lol not street race cars . I got the bracket to put ac back own the si just havnt done it yet . If that swap was in my cx chasis it would probably go 11s so i know how you feel about the weight thing . We are just playing with his but it realy is a dd that gets 35 miles to the gallon . The motor has about 15,000 on it and still runs strong makes over 250 to the wheels .

i agree with you about a street car vs a race car, but i have a teggy. I love the way a integra looks compared to any other honda. i have to loss any weight that i can possible take out ,but i still keep my heat for street racing. i still drive it on the street and fuck a antenna i have a panasonic to listen to music. i got tired of getting beat by ls1 cars and cobras. Beating them stock is easy but semi build cars is another story. Hell ls1 cars with heads and cams run low 11 1/4 mile times, with out naws. Every v8 guy i know talks about how imports are a waste of money and time. it is true if you want to go fast and for cheap get a v8 and no v8 guy i know likes roll racing. so it is either make more power or lose some weight to be fast. I also take out the rh headlight for cooler air for the turbo

whoa killer calm down! Im not hating on ls1's. As a matter of fact, its one of my favorite motors. I constantly try to get my freinds with 240's to drop ls1's into their cars. So before you go jumping to conclusions lets get some shit straight. As stout as those ls1's are I dont think you are gonna run low 11's with simply a cam and a set of heads. Now Im sure someone somewhere has seen a video on youtube of a stock ls1 camaro with only heads and a cam running some crazy ass times...I call bullshit.
Now onto the next matter at hand...Why you asking if i have a gt or a v6...got some clever comments about how weak they are? Maybe that will lead to some mullet jokes? I dont think you know enough about me to start making all these assumptions. I have had turbo mazdas, turbo hondas, all motor hondas, and now a mustang. Im not your typical mustang guy. I like all cars regardless of the make as long as they are fast. When did I say that I was the v8 god? I am just telling you what I saw steal. Their are alto of YouTube video with h/c cars running low 11sec. So you mean to tell that a cam ls1 is going to run high 12 when bone stock they run 13 low on street tires? You don't have believe me if you don't want to. Maby steal is off, but that is what I saw. I was wondering what kind of car you had because it looks like a Mach 1 but could not tell.

Evilgoat I believe ran a 12.7 in his gto...it was an ls1 car and he is a damn good driver. Heads alone were not gonna get him to the low 11's he already had a cam. Im not doubting you saw a camaro run low 11's but I have a hard time believing all he had was a cam and some heads. Look Im no expert, just very opinionated.....I dont think its outside the realm of possibilities for a car with mild bolt ons to run those times I just doubt that a heavy camaro, or gto will run those times short of cutting a great 60' and having a hell of a driver and lots of power. It took evil 500+hp to run 10.98 on slicks and driving the piss out of it...heads and a cam alone will not add nearly 200 hp...I just dont see it. did you personally know this guy?

japan...of course evil didnt, it weighs alot lol, my reference was on like ls1's in the vette...and you can put a mad cam and head combo on an ls1...like stupid big lift etc...and run low 11s, it would be hard pressed and not very often that you find one on the street but they are out there. As far as street is concerned you are gonna see those mid to low 12 H/C cars...i personally love the ls series also so no one construes me as a ford fan boy lol

What does a camaro weigh anyhow? If Im not mistaken evils car was down to 3500-3600 with him in it...I was leaving vettes out of the equation just focusing on camaro and gto's either way it dont matter. We can all agree the ls1 is a stout ass motor.

We need to actually run, I thought we were gonna do it after that dyno day but getting on the interstate we went over all that 4x4 off-road course shit. I had got on it but after seeing your car bounce around like it did I had to get back out....Im on h&r super sports with no iso's so I would have lost a few fillings from my teeth! Then when we got close together after that I dropped to third to get up next to you hoping we could do a 3rd gear pull and you pulled away and got off the interstate at the next exit. Your car was moving pretty good though. After you got off the interstate macon pd followed me for a couple miles right on my bumper....it was stressful to say the least!
