Default WTB: d16a1 block or complete short/longblock

Looking for a good condition block and crank, at the very least. Would also take a complete motor, or a complete shortblock as well. Thanks.

You need to specify whether you want a block to build or a complete bottom end.

If you have a main bearing go bad the block is still good you just might need new bearings, spacers, and possibly a crankshaft if it chewed into it. Unless you slung a rod into the block the block itself will still be good.

No, the block is trash. The bearing made multiple rotations in there, and chewed up where the notch is in the bore. And it scored the **** out of the crank as well.
