    On the weight thing, you're assuming the Z is the track version which isn't that common, especially boosted. There are too many variables here but from what I know.. the M3 still has the advantage. Horsepower doesn't automatically mean you will win, Charles (ct9a gsr) handed my twin turbo G35 its ass and it made about 20 more hp than his Evo did at the time (highway runs, in mexico of cource) the VQ isn't geared for high horsepower because the gears are too short and the redline is too low. I'll leave the subject alone now.
    yeah man im not trying to get in a pissing match, im just trying to add up all the variables like you said. Maybe even learn something. Ive seen cars with more than 100 less hp beat cars thought way outta their league. ex. buddies MKI S/C MR2, modded SC14, 181mm pully(18psi), exhaust..etc making 187whp completely obliterate a stock c5 z06...so i see your point
