Default 1991 Georgia State Patrol Mustang for sale or trade

I got a 1991 Georgia State Patrol Mustang for sale. The car was bought by the previous owner at the auction and he put a rebuilt transmission in it. I bought the car and for my 16th birthday i put lots of exterior mods. I now have a cobra and need to get it running back right.
    Mods:
    -Saleen Kit
    -Saleen double stack wing
    -17' 1995 Chrome Cobra R rims
    -Nitto NT-555 Extreme ZR tires
    -Crystal Clear Projector Headlights
    -Carbon Fiber Euro Tailights
    -CAI
-Full Flowmaster exhaust w/ 40 series mufflers
    -Richmond 3.55 gears
-GSP blue w/ metal flake paint, white racing stripes PAINTED ON (not stickers)

Have 14k in the car (including price i paid for the car)

GSP mods include- Oil cooler, 160mph speedometer, relocated trunk switch, etc.

Thought i would post incase anyone knew of someone looking for a rebuild project

VIN # available upon request. The car is at Higgins Ford Performance (out past Six Flags)

Have working Walls Wig-Wag flashing lights system still in the car. Headlights flash, tailights dont have bulbs in them.

Asking $5500 for car and open to street bike trades and some cash
