Not trying to be an ass, but if that car made anywhere near 500WHP it would be surprising to me. I will accept your race that you wanted to run the viper for. Dead stop quarter mile run $1000.00. You can bring your slicks and your race fuel. That car runs good compared to the other cars there but nowhere near 1100WHP that you were claiming. Reguadless nice car just don't beleive what you say it is.

Like I said I was just making my opinon on the car based upon what it ran at the track. I know everyone is saying this and that about it but it means nothing if it can not perform. Nobody knows how the car runs except for the owner just like any case. Its so traditional for people to pump all there freinds up on how fast a car is and they never race it because everyone would know how slow it is. Then when they do run it there is a thousand excuses why it ran so crappy. Not saying for this car, but in general. I guess I would like to see the car run when its running everything it has thats all.

He will be running most of the NDRA series races this year. I understand what you are saying though. This is the first time they have had the car at the track so I'm sure they are still trying to figure out the setup to get it to hook. I was just stating the facts of what the car put down and what kind of horsepower it could make. They are still doing testing on the suspension for setup which is why they were there this weekend.

yea guys.. my whole track day was a big waste... my rear drums are shot out (havent touched the brakes since i have had the car) and they wouldnt hold enough to heat up the slicks... and the car WOULD NOT go into 2nd gear at high rpms. all 3 of my runs i had to sit there and let the rpms drop to about 3k rpms to get it into second.. there is a bushing that is missing from my shifter that i overlooked when i put a new linkage in. also that tune from main stream is not functional.. not sure what the deal is... gonna take it back up there and let them look at it. (car runs great with a p13.. wont even idle with the ems)
