SDR's rules for "Street Car" just say that it has DOT approved tires, valid insurance, and registration and was driven not trailered through the gate. As far as emissions goes, its not a factor in defining a car as street legal because down here in columbus we don't test for that. Should be a good race for all parties involved. Good Luck
