its not that its a corvette, more the fact this its a car that you could dare say "purpose built" (purpose being a factory street demon faster than most vehicles on the street) compared to for the most part, basic engine builds in an economy car. keep in mind im talking about this day and age. the technology and bang for your buck you get when buying a new corvette compared to any basic import of the 90's is virtually uncomparable. at the end of the day you could build a nice super fast car out of an old economy import for less than 20k. if you have a corvette that cost 60k stock, yes its admirable, and yes i expect you to blow the doors off my modded economy based import everytime...(lets compare car prices). zosick acts like cars were just invented yesterday and he has a one of a kind vehicle which he named the corvette that contains some mystical power gaining gas system. dont demand respect because you have assests; be humble, feel fortunate. you drive a blacked out corvette people will notice you and give you respect when due, unless you demand it. i compare money invested to the car achieved. doesnt matter what you invest your money into or how much. all that matters is it performs equal or better than anything else in that price range. a supra worth 60k in it needs to run with, or outrun a vette. a TT g35 with a 20k turbo kit and suspension needs to run with a vette. a boosted civic needs to be able to keep up with a g35. so on and so forth. now if this were a site based around crazy porsches and lambos, i might have had some respect for zosick. but whether i previously gained respect for him or not it got wouldve been thrown out the window regardless after his post of pictures. think about your dd or race car and imagine racing something that cost 1/3 the price of your car. would you feel special if you won a race? im not saying this is the circumstance with every race with zosick or anyone else just sharing my POV

not looking for an arguement just explaining my point of view. if a persons race car is worth $50k and the opponents car is worth $30k, im expecting the car worth $50k to win; im not satisfied when the car worth an extra 20k wins by two lengths; honestly im more proud of the the car worth half of the winners car only lost by two lengths. compare the two cars in this thread for example. newer corvette (not sure of year, price, hp. all irrelevant to me) versus a v8 280z. both very cool cars. now, how much did that z cost from start to end? maybe $30k? idk just guessin. how much was that vette? probly about 15k more than the z? not to mention the technology advancements it has against the 280z. you could also get into the maximum potential of each racing platform regardless of budget but thats a whole 'nother discussion. with that said, if this z, or any other chassis was worth anywhere close to the price of the corvette, zosick wouldn't look like AS MUCH of an asshole. but the fact of the matter still stands; zo needs to pick on someone his own size, or in this case, his cars "league".Ok so someone with a cheaper car shouldnt be compared to someone with a higher $$$ car? Coming from a guy with a turbo automatic mustang setup for the track... But the big point here is zosick does have a fast car but instead of racing similar cars he chooses to bash anything slower until something faster comes alone then he just makes excuses... Your car isn't an import and it's not a normal dd car but u also aren't on here trying to race every car that's slower than u for money therefore no one hates on u...

that one pic you posted didn't show anything. it doesn't say anything about the car. that could be the turbo car he has. no engine shot or anything and it could have a ic out front but you can't see that on the pic. either way it is what is but i would make sure i see under his hood before i race him if i was zosick
