Thats the new sleeper from GTM putting down 800/800+ whp & Torque. Beautiful how it looks stock. Though I believe he runs it on low boost which is closer to around 600wheels or so at 16psi to make it streetable, at least thats the lowest dyno pic I saw was the 600whp 16 psi. Not so sure I'll have to double check.
