well I dont know if he really knows what all hes getting into.

1. The pictures are terrible I cant make much of it out.
2. Touch Screens are nice and all, and sure you could rig something up to get it connected, but what software are you going to use to detect any of the inputs from the screen to the pc? You would have to get specs on anything software related as well to make sure you could use some custom piece someone has put out on the web
