    Looks like some proprietary connection designed for a specific motherboard. You could probably try and find a pinout sheet for the connections but you'd have better luck using the old mobo or just finding a touch screen that uses a standard connection

    X2, Companies will do this to keep people from mismatching their products with others and have you also buy only their replacement parts... Like Dam Dell does with their exhust and CPU fans...
