How many times you hit vtec a week/ day or what not?

Just wonderin, i drive my b16 delsol everyday and i granny that hoe meaning i never pass 4500 rpms. I even forget i have vtec. So every other week ill pop vtec to see if its still there .. Im bored in class and my teacher didnt come to school today, lazy shit.
