Here is the problem with your reply. Since it wasn't mentioned, I'm assuming there is no time frame for refunds. So your "30 day warranty" is nothing in this situation because it seems there wasn't a specific time to check. Seems this is an open warranty. I don't know, though, so I can't officially say.
