If it seems like I have left out information, I have not left out ANYTHING. I contacted Post Script in December, asking when I could pick up the wheels. He followed up with me and I asked when he is available.

Please check my PM's that I sent to him with 0 response.

I've already called my local prescinct today and also will be in small claims court today.

Let me link some info on the post in Supraforums
i still think you should go after Post Script first, once he is found guilty, then you can go after Random Hero once a chain of custody has been established that Post script knowingly took your wheels, gave them away, Random took them knwoing they werent his, etc

Alright dude, this thing with the wheels is getting out of hand. You're attitude towards the whole situation is all wrong. The wheels were on a car that I purchased in March of 2008 I believe. I have made several attempts to correct the situation with both you and Landon from offering to meeting up and swap the set for that one wheel to buying them. I passed them along to a buddy cause I had no need for them and even he has offered to buy them multiple times with no response from you. A year and a few months down the road here you come threatening us as if we stole them from you. You had the chance to meet up and set things right and you didn't follow through, that is not my problem. The fact that you brough up involding authorities in a situation that I though was being handled in an honest way on our end is a bit outrageous. If you want to go that route, handle things with your boy. He's the one that sold a car with your property with full knowledge of the situation. That's something between the two of you and you might actually have a case against him there.

It's funny to see someone at fault just throw all the blame onto their "buddy".
