But Random Hero its been demostrated through the PMs, and by your own admission you KNEW THE WHEELS were suspect and subject to a disagreement or a prior deal made between Landon/Chnco and Post Script/Justin.
Its OBVIOUS you knew the wheels had something attatched to them and something was going on with them. Instead of being a man and really finding out what was going on, or even trying to ask chnco what was going on, you bashed him, deleted the thread, and got rid of the car without doing anything.
Now, when its Politically Expediant, you are trying to "resolve a situation".
Allen made you aware the wheels on your car were his, and you denied it, strike 1
Allen said the wheels were on Justins car, you got the wheels from justin, strike 2
You sold the car/trade the car with property that WASNT YOURS and you were made aware THEY WERENT YOURS or JUSTINS, Strike 3
Legally you may be right, allen cant do anything to you, but thats for the courts to decide.
But what is CRYSTAL CLEAR is that you KNEW there was something attatched to these wheels and you did it anyway, and now you are trying to justify it by saying the bill of sale says as is, etc. YOu cant justify being a thief.
Just cause OJ was found innocent doesnt mean hes not a murderer.
