Saving about 1,000 pounds of weight thus using less gas is one thing. Instead of having two steel wheels per position, you have only one aluminum wheel. There is also reduced friction with less sidewalls also increasing gas mileage. thats cool. the normal tire size's i deal with for large trucks/motorhomes are 245/70R/22.5 for the duals.
i will actually have to share this pic/info @ work that they make tires this big.
