that would depend on how much you are into yard mantainence. condo's are usually cared for by a tenant association and houses tend to give you a little more leway to do your own thing with the grounds. If you don't like to cut grass or want little to do with the grounds go with the condo. their is a lot of upkeep to plan for with the house.

yea i was thinking about that. at times i wouldnt mind having a nice yard, then after a lil while ill get tired w/ it, but then i'd get back into it.

i guess it may depend on what deal i find on house or a condo
