If you don't like to cut grass or want little to do with the grounds go with the condo. their is a lot of upkeep to plan for with the house.
yea i was thinking about that. at times i wouldnt mind having a nice yard, then after a lil while ill get tired w/ it, but then i'd get back into it.

i guess it may depend on what deal i find on house or a condo
