SOOOOO What are some helpful tips in quiting smoking and what kinds of things to buy like the gum or whatever.....feedback would be greatly appreciated so thanks

seats taken boss haha... check the title under her name = ) and ya, this thread was about me. i had quit a few months ago and had a slight setback this weekend, smoked 2 and then crushed the pack. i'm done now. Wanted to see if I could just smoke "casually" but ya, dont have enough self control so fuck it, there out for good heh. Thanks for the advice all.
