    Default weight gain

    yea so i recently started my own personalized diet based on my own research and some other things. I've been trying to put some pounds on. Not bad pounds, good pounds. I've been eatin certain foods and workin out at home. Saving to get me a nice little bowflex. I started my diet on Sun. Aug. 13th, and I've been following it religiously. Working out and what not. This is also to help with my fighting game. I also recently picked up MMA fighting and i still haven't decided on a fighting style that i wanna settle on. So...back to the topic, at the beginning of the weak i weighed in at 135lbs without any clothes on, but ass naked on a electronic scale. So today i hop ont he scale wondering how much i've gained and what not. Sot his was the defining moment, has my diet failed me?!?!?! neg, i just stopped typing to go see how much i weighed and I just weighed in at 143.2lbs. So i'm teeming with excitement, hoping that my weight gain will continue to be this good so that my weight by x-mas is about 165'ish with about 8% body fat. This will be for a track runner who runs the 40 in 4.5 and the 100m in 11.1 according to electronic timer at my last track meet. I'm waiting to get a scale that measures ur body fat % so that i cans ee how well i'm really doing but so far i'm really impressed with myself. So i was wondering if any of you guys have issues gaining weight and how have u been doing trying to gain weight and if u have any pointers. Maybe there are a few flaws i can fix in my diet so gimme what you got. I have some before pics so i'll post after/progress pics every 2 weeks and if any of u guys also small need some help lmk and i'll give u a detailed description of my diet while its still fresh on my mind lol.

    topic: do u have any pointers for weight gain? (for you guys who are too lazy to read all that, i sorta started to babble halfway through)

    dude jsut eat 1 peice of bread for breakfast along with a cup of water.. then repeat that for lunch and dinner for about 2 or 3 months and you will dramtically loose weight...

    wtf? GAIN weight GAIN i'm trying to GAIN weight wtf is wrong with u?!?!?! 135lbs? dude i was cut but skinny shit compared to other guys. ok not dat skinny but the bigger guys i couldn't really hang with when it came to weight.

    -.-....u definately didn't read my post ROFL! good weight dude, i could gain bad weight easy, but I run track and i'm trying to get into mma and i definately don't want to be fat and obese and unhealthy and shit. I'm gaining the weight in muscle.

    ok so eat alot of fruits and veggies..and healthy chicken is good for bulding muscles...high in protein..and no i am way to phucing lasy to read all of that right now.. what you thinking?

    lol! well if u eat high protein foods all day and still don't do anything so that ur body demands the protein u eat, then that still turns into badd lbs. so the eat alot of high protein approach isn't always the best approach, actually i read it really isn't most of the time. For those of us who eat like normal humans switching to high protein foods could be a big shock to ur body and actually produce negative effects

    your welcome..i mean i was in awesome shape for a minte then i got lazy again..i mean even with me smoking i was like in perfect shape for about 6 months then i got alzy lol..i could run a mile and a half at full sprint speed with out slowing up or anything..and now i think maybe i could steadily jog a little more than a half of a mile without stopping...

    Ok, here are some pics. I'm really happy with the turnout so far. Hopefully in a month or so I'll be a bit bigger but still chisseled i tried avoid face shots so no photochops but i figured if i didn't get any face shots u wouldn't believe it was me lol

    i was born with erbs palsy in my left arm so its significantly weaker than my right arm but just as cut. Also when i was born it was dislocated and sorta...in the wrong spot so it did some permanent damage to my left shoulder.

    iight well when u figure out how to GAIN weight lemme know.. 5 years ago i was 87 lbs .. no i'm finally around 95... my goal is like 107 and i'll be straight.. i mean i tried junk food up the ass..it didnt work too well.. all i did was feel sick... i want a healthy way to gain weight.. but i kinda do want fat too... but is there a such thing as healthy fat?...

    it is called working out... muscle weight > fat weight

    and ninja... stop working out so much and eat more...

    yea but i mean like i took weight training at GPC and i ended up losing alot of weight back down to like 90lbs and i'm like SHYT! and yea decided the whol muscle weight wasnt working out as well as planned.. ughh nvm girls bodies are diff then guys..

    when u started working out u lost alot of the bad fat and that cut your weight down. You have to continue and eat alot to provide ur body with the correct amount of nutrients and proteins so that the muscles can be rebuilt.

    And i have figured out how to gain weight. Seems to be working for me. 8lbs in 4 days.
