yea so i recently started my own personalized diet based on my own research and some other things. I've been trying to put some pounds on. Not bad pounds, good pounds. I've been eatin certain foods and workin out at home. Saving to get me a nice little bowflex. I started my diet on Sun. Aug. 13th, and I've been following it religiously. Working out and what not. This is also to help with my fighting game. I also recently picked up MMA fighting and i still haven't decided on a fighting style that i wanna settle on. So...back to the topic, at the beginning of the weak i weighed in at 135lbs without any clothes on, but ass naked on a electronic scale. So today i hop ont he scale wondering how much i've gained and what not. Sot his was the defining moment, has my diet failed me?!?!?! neg, i just stopped typing to go see how much i weighed and I just weighed in at 143.2lbs. So i'm teeming with excitement, hoping that my weight gain will continue to be this good so that my weight by x-mas is about 165'ish with about 8% body fat. This will be for a track runner who runs the 40 in 4.5 and the 100m in 11.1 according to electronic timer at my last track meet. I'm waiting to get a scale that measures ur body fat % so that i cans ee how well i'm really doing but so far i'm really impressed with myself. So i was wondering if any of you guys have issues gaining weight and how have u been doing trying to gain weight and if u have any pointers. Maybe there are a few flaws i can fix in my diet so gimme what you got. I have some before pics so i'll post after/progress pics every 2 weeks and if any of u guys also small need some help lmk and i'll give u a detailed description of my diet while its still fresh on my mind lol.

topic: do u have any pointers for weight gain? (for you guys who are too lazy to read all that, i sorta started to babble halfway through)
