lol! well if u eat high protein foods all day and still don't do anything so that ur body demands the protein u eat, then that still turns into badd lbs. so the eat alot of high protein approach isn't always the best approach, actually i read it really isn't most of the time. For those of us who eat like normal humans switching to high protein foods could be a big shock to ur body and actually produce negative effects
