The HUGE key i've found is to only work each muscle group out ONCE every 5-7 days. So thats about once a week! Try to do something like 1 hour 3 times a week, and each of those 3 days do NOT work the same muscle groups. Some Muscles do repair slightly faster like abs so you could do those twice a week or maybe more depending on your body, but just read what your body is telling you, you should be able to tell about when you are completely healed up and ready to go again...Originally Posted by sleepinIS5
