    (02:52:05) flipture: i'd say crunches to be nice to your back

    (02:52:21) flipture: and get a weight or a medicine ball
    (02:52:27) flipture: have a friend toss it to you as you go back
    (02:52:31) flipture: then throw it back as you come up
    (02:52:43) flipture: but the main thing is higher weights

    (02:53:11) flipture: but always keep good form, cause if you're like curving your back while benching its REALLY bad for you and you don't get a good workout anyway

    Again, this isn't the board for this type of advice. There is maybe 3 people on here that can really help you. You say you can't go to the gym, well then forget about it then. At your weight you are not going to put on any weight doing home exercises. You need to absolutely no cardio, do not run. Running will only burn calories that you need to gain weight. Get a membership at World Gym on Pleasant hill. $9.99 a month and only $70.00 to join. Hopefully you can manage $9.99 a month, and no contract. Get a membership there and I'll be happy to help you out. I don't have enough time this weekend to type everything out you need to know. You can't just get "buff" which is a term that you should never use. There is a lot more to it than going to the gym. I see these fucking morons in the gym who jump from machine to machine with no routine, just using this and that. Then they pick up twice the weight they can actually use and use thier whole body to do curls. Don't be one of those people.
