At your weight you are not going to put on any weight doing home exercises. You need to absolutely no cardio, do not run. Running will only burn calories that you need to gain weight. You can't just get "buff" which is a term that you should never use. There is a lot more to it than going to the gym. I see these fucking morons in the gym who jump from machine to machine with no routine, just using this and that. Then they pick up twice the weight they can actually use and use thier whole body to do curls. Don't be one of those people.
