Yeah, cheating is an absolute must haha. Cheat frequency depends on bf% though. Less bf% you gotta cheat a little more. I got somewhere between 6-7% bf, so I gotta cheat 2-3 times a week. I got so into my diet that I almost dont look forward to cheat days, lol.

As far as the Atkins diet, I've read a lot of recent articles that say it isn't the most healthy thing for you. I'll see if I can dig some of them up and post up the links or articles.
