Haha, yeah I did say 2 days but since you wont be working out on sunday then its ok to kinda cheat just not too much. Tracy's got it right for the cardio, about 45 minutes a day and try the HIIT that I posted about earlier. If you're not gonna do weight work then the ideal time for the cardio would be right when you wake up before eating so you're body will be almost forced to burn fat for energy rather than what you just ate.Originally Posted by LaurenK
